Our rental properties and our serviced rooms and apartments give a warm sense of staying in a home from home, and are the perfect, more competitively priced alternatives to renting through an agency or staying in a hotel.

Rental Properties are offered on a 12 month assured tenancy agreement, fixing your monthly rent for the duration of the contract. The serviced rooms are available with a minimum stay of just one night, you can utilise our rooms and services for just a stopover or for as long as you like (Subject to availability)

Wiltshire Crescent in Basingstoke, offers a quiet location on the outskirts of the town, Kitchen, lounge diner, downstair toilet, three double bedrooms, one with ensuite, a family bathroom, plus a single room. Double driveway, rear garden and a shed, offered either furnished or unfurnished.
